THYMALIN is a research, biologically active peptide that’s generated significant interest in recent years due to its immunomodulatory effects. Derived from the thymus gland, the peptide was first discovered and characterized in 1977; however, it was only recently that scientists began to investigate the compound as a treatment for autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency conditions. It even has the potential to support ageing immune systems.

Initial research appears to show that Thymalin acts directly on the thymus gland, mimicking naturally occurring peptides. The thymus gland is responsible for T-cell development (a crucial type of lymphocyte). Central to the adaptive immune system, supporting thymus function could help activate more T cells, restoring immune function in otherwise compromised individuals.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. 

Once reconstituted, please refrigerate.  

For long term storage, freezing at -20°C is recommended to maintain integrity.
