Description

CJC 1295, no DAC with IPA 10 + 10 is a modified, research growth hormone-releasing hormone analog with out (dac) drug affinity complex. Used in research on sustained growth hormone elevation and metabolic effects.  CJC 1295 w/o DAC with IPA 10 + 10 provides a short, pulse-like release of GH, while Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin to stimulate GH release while being highly selective, minimizing cortisol or prolactin increases in research studies.

In peptides and labs, DAC stands for drug affinity complex, It is a biochemical modification attached to a peptide to significantly prolong its active life in the body (half-life).

By binding to albumin, the peptide is protected from rapid enzymatic breakdown and clearance by the kidneys. It acts as a slow-release reservoir, releasing the active peptide gradually over several days.
