TESA-5MG is a research, synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Used in research studying lipid metabolism, body composition, and growth hormone dynamics. TESA-5MG supports pituitary signaling by mimicking natural GHRH. Meanwhile, Ipamorelin binds to ghrelin receptors to trigger GH release. It does so without raising cortisol or prolactin. Because of this, the dual action creates a stronger effect than either peptide alone. . Primarily FDA-approved for treating HIV-associated lipodystrophy (excess abdominal fat), it is known for its effectiveness in reducing visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and enhancing body composition.
