SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: 3-5 business days

After you place your order:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  • We process orders in the order they are received
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number email

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after tracking is sent
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available)

Total Time: 6-10 business days from order placement to delivery

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $200 within the United States.

Requirements:

  • Order total must be $200 or more (before taxes)
  • Shipping address must be within the United States
  • Standard shipping only (not express)

Tracking Information

You will receive:

  • Automated tracking number email when order ships
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Carrier name and tracking number

If you don’t receive tracking:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes there’s a delay)
  • Contact us at archer.peps@gmail.com

Shipping Address

Important:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • We cannot change address after order is shipped
  • We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • Research facilities
  • P.O. Boxes (USPS only)

Package Contents

All packages include:

  • Your ordered products
  • Product labels with our company information
  • “For Research Use Only” labels
  • Secure packaging to maintain product integrity

Temperature-Sensitive Products:

  • Shipped with appropriate temperature control materials
  • Packaged to prevent damage
  • May require signature upon delivery

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund may be issued after investigation

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Take photos of any damage
  • Contact us within 7 days at archer.peps@gmail.com
  • See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged product claims

Delayed Packages:

  • Check tracking for updates
  • Allow full estimated delivery time before contacting us
  • Contact us if tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ days

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or don’t claim your package:

  • Package will be returned to us
  • No refund will be issued (all sales are final)
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Future orders may be declined

International Shipping

We may ship to select countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties and taxes
  • Import fees and clearance
  • Compliance with local laws regarding research chemicals
  • Providing accurate customs information

Important:

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7-21 days)
  • We are not responsible for customs delays
  • We are not responsible for packages seized by customs
  • No refunds for customs issues or import restrictions

What We Cannot Control

Archer Peptides LLC is NOT responsible for:

❌ Carrier delays beyond our control
❌ Weather-related delays
❌ Natural disasters
❌ Customs delays (international)
❌ Incorrect addresses provided by customer
❌ Packages stolen after delivery
❌ Carrier mistakes
❌ Holiday delays

Once a package leaves our facility, shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier.

However, we will work with you to resolve issues and file claims with carriers when appropriate.

Order Tracking Problems

If tracking isn’t updating:

  • Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes have delays)
  • Check the carrier’s website directly
  • Contact us if no updates after 5 business days

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with household members
  • Check around delivery area (porches, mailbox, etc.)
  • Check with neighbors
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  • Contact us if still not found

Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery:

  • High-value orders
  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Express shipping
  • Specific customer requests

If signature is required and no one is available:

  • Carrier will leave a notice
  • Package can be picked up at carrier facility
  • Redelivery can be scheduled

P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.

Note:

  • Other carriers (FedEx, UPS) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Tracking may be limited for P.O. Box deliveries

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Our products are stored in temperature-controlled facilities and shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity.

However:

  • We cannot guarantee temperature during shipping
  • Carrier delays or mishandling may affect products
  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report any temperature-related issues within 7 days

Reshipments

We do NOT automatically reship products for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect customer address
  • Packages stolen after delivery

Reshipments are only provided at our discretion for:

  • Verified carrier loss
  • Verified damage during shipping
  • Our shipping error
