No Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, all sales are final.
We do NOT accept returns for any reason.
No Refunds Policy
All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds under normal circumstances.
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions (At Our Discretion Only)
Refunds or replacements may be offered only at our sole discretion if the product arrives:
- Incorrect Product
- Wrong product shipped
- Wrong size/quantity shipped
- Defective Product
- Manufacturing defect
- Contamination verified by our testing
- Product does not meet our COA specifications
- Damaged Product
- Visible damage to vial or our internal packaging
How to Report Issues
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product:
Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

- Subject: “Product Issue – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Time Limit: Within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Provide Documentation
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Tracking information
Step 3: Wait for RMA Number
- We will review your claim
- If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Follow our instructions for next steps
Important Requirements
Issues Must Be Reported Within 7 Days
- Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted
- Count from the delivery date on tracking
Photo Evidence Required
- Clear photos of our product label
- Photos of damage or defect
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
RMA Number Required
- Do not return products without an approved RMA number
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed
What We Do NOT Refund or Replace

Replacement or Refund Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer (at our discretion):
Option 1: Replacement
- We send a replacement product at no charge
- Fastest resolution
Option 2: Store Credit
- Credit for future purchases
- Same value as original purchase
Option 3: Refund
- Refund to original payment method
- May take 5-10 business days to process
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We pay return shipping for approved claims only
- We pay shipping for replacement products
Processing Time
Once your claim is approved:
- Replacements: Shipped within 3-5 business days
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on your statement
Fraudulent Claims
False or fraudulent claims will result in:
- Claim denial
- Account termination
- Possible legal action
We reserve the right to investigate all claims.
Carrier Damage
If your package is damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- Replacement or refund will be issued once carrier claim is resolved
Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you to resolve damage issues.

- Products are stored in a double sealed, temperature-controlled, sterile environment
- Products are tested by third-party laboratories
- Proper handling and packaging protocols
